Fund Raising

We try to restrict the times that it may be necessary to require parents to contribute for activities held in school. During the year, therefore we have two major fundraising events.

A Christmas Raffle Draw and our Lenten Charities Appeal

The Christmas Draw helps to provide funds that we can utilise to provide extra events without charge in school. e.g.: - a Theatre group Welsh Brass Music group a mobile Planetarium

Our Lenten Charities is undertaken during Lent. All the money that is raised is then distributed among the charities we support as a school, but chosen by the school as a whole. In the main these are the same as those supported in the Parish and Diocese. Some special charities based on a specific need may also be supported.
