P.E. Days

While there is not a specific P.E. kit for children of junior age parents are advised that for reasons of health and hygiene, the children are required to change into a suitable set of clothing and footwear. These should be brought to school on the relevant day in a suitable bag, preferably not too large.

Children at infant level usually undress to their vest, pants and bare feet for indoor activities.

It is standard school policy that shirts will be provided for all team matches in which the school takes part.

As PE is such an essential activity for the children, it is necessary for them to have their PE kit with them for when it is timetabled. It is difficult for older children to participate if they do not have their kit. Could you please note therefore the days on which PE is taken for each year or class so that your child does not forget their kit

No jewellery is to be worn during a P.E. lesson. Ear studs are to be removed or covered with micropore or similar.
